“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.” (Charles Dickens)
What else can Spring be if not the season of awakening? Nature takes off the wrinkled skin of Winter, defying the last moments of cold driven by the splendor and warmth of a sun no longer veiled by mists …. And us… It is all a young promise around us, a flourishing in the soul, of which one becomes aware even before feeling the rebirth in the body.
It is an emotion of joy, now life in Nature is renewed, including us, and we suddenly discover ourselves beautiful, vital, determined to project ourselves towards the kaleidoscope of colors and lights that Spring itself gives us back thanks to its incredible gifts.
All around us turns into a fantastic and mysterious painting, in which the colors overlap, when the drops of the last night dew fall from the flowers slipping on them or evaporating thanks to this sun that finally warms us and comforts us.
Yes, we are ready to be reborn, just as the first cherry blossoms sprout on the branches and announce the wonderful awakening of Nature. And finally we too are able to identify with it, to love it even more by repeating, year after year, the renewal of an innate and exciting sense of belonging.
